2 things.

2 things i just really like right now:

1-- i love rocks. (surprise surprise. i know i've gushed about em on here more than twice.)

but i love this rock in particular.

2-- i live in long dresses and maxi skirts.

i have since high school... and that wasn't just last year. i graduated in 2002.

it was alot tougher to find them then.

not anymore! and

this one could come live in my closet. asap.

summer is officially over next week. fall is here.

i hate to see summer end, but there is something about fall that gets me every time. i don't know if its the changing color of the leaves, the new clothes to get excited about, the great weather, the anticipation for the holidays.... it's a very enjoyable time of year.

one way that i'll be carrying that last bit of summer with me this season is through the use of color, or the blending of one color to the next.

nothing like an end of summer tomato salad. pure bliss.

i have recently purchased a new scarf like this one. it goes from white, to light pink, to pink to orange. love it. still a little too warm to wear it. if you are interested, i found it at gap.

call it color gradiation, dip-dyeing, or ombre... i like it and i feel like sporting it on me and in my house.

it's like a classy spin on the whole hippie tie-dye job :)
