i had the privilege of spending a little time at fashion week yesterday. it is so fun to be around the buzz and take a step back to observe the outfits that make their way into the tent at lincoln center. i thought i would share a few favorite looks from the shows i peaked my head into...bcbgmaxazria, richard chai and luca luca.
the first big show of the week was bcbgmaxazria which really portrayed a modern elegance with light flowy layers and neutral colors adding pops of orange and electric blue. among these were a few hints of structured menswear with grey and tan wools, and high waisted trousers - a popular look for fall.

next stop: richard chai, a designer i was not familiar with but quite impressed by, showed off a relaxed yet classic tailored look full of charcoal, cream and dove adding feminine pleats and gorgeous silks throughout.
last stop: luca luca
full of color from bright pink to deep maroon but grounded with camel and black the luca luca line was fun, playful and fancy.

xoxo
elle.
