diy wedding dress?

now, i am a diy-er to the end... but this girl takes the grand prize of top diy-amazingness.

she was looking for a specific wedding dress, couldn't find it, so she made her own. and i want one just like it! to wear somewhere, anywhere. the gold dots, gorg-e-ous.
